Way to drop the ball

I guess Netflix auto updated. Because now it doesnt remember me signed in, doesnt show My List, and when I select anything to watch it sends me to an Ad Page telling me to download the app. Best guess is that this update is for iOS8 and I dont have that. But if thats the case the app never should have updated! Way to drop the ball for users that dont have to have the "latest greatest iPhone" Netflix. Makes me want to cancel my subscription entirely.
