Anime fan is angry

When I watch Anime,I ONLY watch it in
Japanese,But the captions??! WHAT HAPPENED!
In the first place,the captions are wrong
And NOW the captions are black and I cant see it!
Fix! I need to old subs back,

MAYBE its just my phone or something Idk...

UPDATE:It was my phone,I changed the subs and now I can watch a peace...Sorry for wasting your time.
